Yes, you can. We want
you to have complete satisfaction when shopping with us. That is why we provide a 30-day return and exchange policy on most items. with the exception of intimate wear and clearance items.
We will provide a
refund immediately upon the return of the product. However, bank providers may take 3 to 10 business days to process the refund into the original mode of payment.
We also offer store credits that can be redeemed immediately upon return or up to 1 year later. So
feel free to choose your refund process.
All standard orders will be shipped 6 to 7 business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.
It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for eturning your item.

If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your order travels safely us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at elitenationfit@gmail.com.

We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange! Otherwise, we only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at elitenationfit@gmail.com before sending your item to:
